This is a standard three star hotel with a five staff-uniformly friendly and helpful. One night the hotel called a taxi to take me to a restaurant a fair distance from the hotel. about a minute after I got out of the taxi I realized my phone had fallen out of my pocket. The restaurant called the hotel who said they would get in touch with the taxi company. We hadn’t finished our entrées when one of the servers came over to say that the hotel had called back and my phone was there waiting for me to return. You really don’t get service any better or more helpful than this. If I return to Annecy I would definitely stay here again .

The Frontline staff were very helpful caring and friendly. I asked for a quite room and got one at the back of the hotel. No view as such but away from the street noise. The window opened for fresh air! 10 minute walk into the old town. The restaurant provided a good meal in the evening. The hotel is quitet which is important to us.

The help at the front desk was spectacular. We arrived early and they helped us stow our luggage until checkin. They also went through a map of the city and gave recommendations on what to do and see. Super helpful and friendly! The location is great too. Short walk from the train station and short walk to river path that goes down into the old town.

Excellent location, easy to get to the old town and places of interest. Breakfast was varied and very good. Friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean .

Good business hotel. With live music in the bar area and pretty restaurant with good menu. Close to the railway station, 2-3 minutes by walk.

The staff is fantastic, they are really helpful and kind. The location is quite good, close to the centre and the train station as well. Not too close to the town, so it is calm. You can easily walk in 5-10 minutes. Rooms are quite clean and decent.

The location was good - about 10 minutes walk from the old city and main sights, although in a very urban area, which did not entirely appeal to us as tourists. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was big and very comfortable.

Great location just on the edge of Old Town of Annecy. Easy walk to all the charms of the river and lake, but with all the amenities. Parking was nearby and the ramp to the highway makes it a good home base if you are driving in the area to see other things. Lobby bar and restaurant were great.
